1.Release the bolts between the lubrication plate, the upper seal flange and the housing.

2.Remove the top and lubrication plates (do not damage the O ring inside).

3.Turn the service bench 90-180 and loosen the bolts between the lower bottom plate (or lower sealing flange) and the housing.Remove the copper and bond from the water sleeve; remove the bond to the left and right; and slowly remove the copper.

4.Clean the binding surfaces associated with the copper tubes of the crystallizer to remove oil dirt, scale and other debris.
