The crystallizer assembly is a key part of the continuous casting machine, and its structural performance directly affects the production and quality of the continuous casting billet. The crystallizer assembly is mainly composed of the following parts: copper mould tube, outer water jacket, diversion water jacket, upper and lower sealing flanges, various sealing rings, foot roller device, foot roller area spray device. The core part is the copper mould tube, and other parts are assembled around the copper tube.

In order to obtain qualified casting billets, the basic conditions that the crystallizer crystaline assembly should meet are:

  (3) It has sufficient rigidity, especially in the case of chilling and heating, and a large temperature gradient. Small deformation is required.

(4) The structure is simple, compact, easy to manufacture, easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to adjust. The cooling water circuit can be connected by itself for quick replacement; the dead weight is small to reduce the inertial force when the mold is vibrating and reduce the drive of the vibration device Power, and make the crystallizer vibrate smoothly.
