Different continuous casting suppliers have different design concepts, and the installation position of the mixer is different.

3. After the installation of the online crystallizer electromagnetic mixing device, the crystallizer is hoisted on the vibration device, the vibration device and the cooling water gas of the vibration device is usually automatically connected, and determine the installation position of the crystallizer according to the positioning pin on the vibration device, use the arc device to match the arc of the copper tube with the basic arc radius of the caster, if the error should be adjusted accordingly and lock with the fixing device after the adjustment.

4. Turn on the cooling water of the crystallization device to check whether the water plate between the crystallizer and the vibration device is sealed, whether there is water leakage, start the vibration device, and observe whether the crystallization device is not locked or eccentric.

5. After the inspection, cover the crystal device cover for the installation.Start the secondary water system and check whether the cooling line in the foot roller area is smooth.

6. There is no problem in the whole inspection process, so the simulation pouring work can be carried out. After the simulation is completed, the ingot lead rod is sent to the final position of the lower mouth of the compressor to dry the cooling water in the copper pipe, and the cooling material is started to be ready for pouring.
