The electrode paste is different from other product, and the electrode paste used on each submerged arc furnace is non-standard.Although the customer will give a range of parameters they need when sending us an inquiry at begining, in order to produce a product that is completely suitable for the furnace, we’ll go to look into it and check the furnace condition; The structure of the chamber of the furnace and the ratio of the material charging will affect the performance of the electrode paste being used. Our formula in production is based on the results of the furnace inspection.
The consumption of our electrode paste is lower comparing with Elkem. Different type submerged arc furnace are with different consumption. The detailed list as follows:
